This website does not use cookies, analytics services, advertising pixels, or any other tracking technology. Specifically, we do not:

• Set functional, preference, or marketing cookies of any kind
• Run analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Matomo, or similar services
• Embed third-party trackers, social media widgets, or advertising scripts
• Build visitor profiles, fingerprint devices, or share browsing data with third parties

Because no non-essential cookies or tracking technologies are used, this site does not display a cookie consent banner — there is nothing to consent to. If that ever changes, this policy and the site itself will be updated to request your consent first, as required under the ePrivacy Directive and Article 6 GDPR.

3. Server logs

Like virtually any web server, the infrastructure hosting this site may automatically record basic technical information for security and stability purposes when you request a page — for example, IP address, browser type, timestamp, and the page requested. This happens at the web server level, not through any tracking script, is not linked to your identity, and is not used for analytics or profiling. Where such logs are kept, they are retained only briefly and solely to detect and investigate abuse or technical faults, consistent with our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Contact & email

If you contact us by email (for example, at the address listed above), we process whatever information you include — your email address, name if given, and message content — solely to respond to your inquiry. This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR (to take steps at your request, or our legitimate interest in handling correspondence). We don't add your address to a mailing list or use it for any other purpose, and we delete correspondence once it's no longer needed.

5. Data on the Discord server itself

This policy covers this website only. Once you join the Darkline community on Discord, your messages, voice activity, and profile are processed by Discord Inc. under Discord's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, which we don't control. Our moderation team can see the same information any Discord server moderator can see through Discord's platform, and we only use it to enforce our community guidelines.

6. Your rights under the GDPR

Because this site collects so little, most of these rights will have nothing to act on — but they apply in full wherever we do process personal data (such as an email you send us). You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erasure — ask us to delete personal data we hold about you
• Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data
• Data portability — receive data you provided in a structured, machine-readable format
• Object — object to processing based on our legitimate interest
